Our office sales manager. Olivia has been in retail for over 20 years and is well-versed in our kitchens and bathrooms — friendly, helpful and always happy to help.

Our in-house apprentice, learning to be a plumber. Logan has been with Urban for 1 year and is really coming along well.

Our in-house bathroom fitter and joiner. Terry is a fully qualified plumber and joiner and has been a fitter for 37 years.
